We all have to start somewhere, and I can help you from the start, setting up and finding your way around your phone, tablet or P.C. , accessing the Internet, setting up and using emails, using communication Apps to chat to family and friends, adding contacts and so on
Buying online and social media
Helping you to understand how to go shopping online, setting up accounts on shopping websites, setting up payments and Internet banking. Accessing and using social media applications such as Facebook.
Microsoft Office training
From helping you to create, save and send a word document, to creating spreadsheets, mail merges or slide shows
Sharing information
Whether you want to share an email, document or photograph with others through email, communication apps such as WhatsApp, or by printing out something to show others, I can help and train you.
About
While working in Social care with the elderly and disabled in their homes, and supporting them with their independence, I was asked more and more for support in using technology, and discovered I was very good at patiently imparting knowledge, so I have grown this aspect of my work, gone to further education to complete several I.T. qualifications, including (European Computer Driving Licence level 1 and 2), and recently (December 2022), NCFE Level 2 Certificate in I.T. User Skills (ITQ). I am happy to help people of any age who need to improve their confidence.
